Speaker + Juror. Fernando Menis is one of the Jurors for the President’s Design Award Singapore 2011. The award is conferred by the President of the Republic of Singapore and is jointly administered by the Design Singapore Council and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of the Ministry of National Development. He will also give a lecture with this occasion.
