Descripción Los años de la bulliciosa emoción para la realización del distrito ZIM en la histórica ciudad de Samara, junto al Volga, están llegando a su conclusión fructífera. Al abordar este reto de diseño, talento y la visión para esta área sirvieron para llevar este proyecto urbano a la vida, confiando en una perspectiva única y singular que pudiera tejer los elementos dispares de la historia, un programa de fenómenos hacia una experiencia más rica del lugar, lo que genera una mayor vitalidad y conectividad a un entorno urbano emblemático dentro de Samara. A medida que el distrito sufre una transformación hacia la modernidad que se necesita una nueva forma, y, destinos permanentes culturales, naturales recreativas y otras instalaciones permitirá a una nueva forma de vivir en el nuevo centro de la ciudad. Un centro contemporáneo autosuficiente nace en la ciudad de Samara.

Description The years of buzzing excitement for the realization of the ZIM district in the historical city of Samara, next to the Volga, are coming to their fruitful conclusion. In approaching this design challenge, talents and the vision for this area are wielded in bringing this urban project to life, trusting in an unique and singular perspective that might weave the disparate elements of history, program an phenomena towards a richer experience of place, generating a greater vitality and connectivity to an iconic urban environment within Samara. As the district undergoes a transformation to modernity it will take a new shape, and permanent cultural, natural, recreative destinations and other facilities will enable a new way of living in the new sub center of the city. A contemporary self-sufficient center is born within the city Samara.[:]
