A single volume of moulded bare concrete creates a strongly independent building, with presence. The functional requirements include three parking levels in the basement, commercial premises on the ground floor and twenty living quarters on five levels, resulting in a symmetrical distribution.
The outward appearance of the building consist of folds in the bare concrete. The carpentery made of local wood and used in the commercial premises and in the entrances follows the same formal distribution of wooden panels, similar to the plank moulds of bare concrete.
