Description: The university building takes up the entire perimeter of the plot looking for the best development of its wings which enclose a large central yard and gardens, following traditional guidelines of the global and historical city where it is located, and being a major element of the site and its surroundings.
The facades recover traditional architectural elements of the place: tiled gable-ends, jambs, and joinery following a rhythmical design pattern of hollow and solid sections.
The construction materials used are strong and of little or no upkeep, sustainable architecture once again: stone walls, concrete paving stones and roofs of bare concrete as well as the joinery and the phenolic panel, are the elements that have determined this architecture, adapted to its surroundings.
