La Palma island’s (Canary Islands) history is strongly connected with the sea and therefore with the entrance and exit of people and goods in its main city. The adequacy of the seafront and beach to the needs of the time during its history has marked the turning points of economic and city growth. The project proposes environmental improvements in relation to the city, for internal use and economic rehabilitation for the port and city.
